Jeannie Keenan, RN - Vice President, Indianapolis Area Office
Jeannie Keenan is an experienced Registered Nurse with a multi-faceted health care background. Jeannie joined My Health Care Manager with strong clinical skills gained through her tenure in the Emergency Room and Intensive Care Units at Wishard Hospital, where she responded to cardiac / respiratory arrests and Level I traumas. She also was the Critical Care Shift Coordinator and has been a staff nurse for both the Critical Care Units and Emergency Department. Jeannie also has several years of experience in long-term care where she functioned as the Director of Nursing with the responsibility of supervision and training for the nursing staff to ensure quality of care and as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations.

As the Regional Director, Jeannie oversaw six long-term care facilities, provided training and continued education for the Directors of Nursing, ensured compliance with State and Federal Regulations, and performed reimbursement analysis. Jeannie’s high standards of quality care and leadership ability have been evidenced by improved surveys within her facilities by the Department of Health. Jeannie received her nursing degree from Ivy Tech State College and participates in continuing education seminars.

Nancy Hanley, RN - Team Manager
Nancy Hanley is a registered nurse with years of experience in geriatric case management and nursing. Throughout her nursing career, she has worked with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and has found her passion in helping older adults. In her most recent position as the Assistant Director of Nursing and Quality Assurance for Alliance Home Health Care, Nancy supervised and coordinated the case managers, implemented quality assurance initiatives, conducted chart audits, and managed the daily operations of the office. She also served as the liaison to community health care centers, and coordinated all pieces of Medicare cases, involving in-home skilled care; physical/occupational therapy, home health aides, and nursing. Prior to serving as the Assistant Director, Nancy worked in the field as an RN Case Manager and also as well as provided skilled nursing services to her patients.

Nancy's previous experience includes positions as a hospital staff nurse on the women's surgical floor and as a pediatrics office nurse. She is involved in the community, and formerly served as the president of St. Margaret's Hospital Guild. Nancy received her nursing degree from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing and also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Northwestern University.

 

Misty Soler, LPN - Health Care Manager
Misty Soler brings a wealth of experience in nursing and geriatric care, patient and family education, and data assessment and analysis. Throughout her career, Misty has focused on helping patients receive proper care in a facility and at home, that family members are educated and involved, and that there's a high level of “customer” satisfaction. Misty worked as an Outpatient Pain Clinic nurse and more extensively as a staff nurse with geriatric, orthopedic, stroke and brain injury patients at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana. She focused on supporting patients to function at the highest possible level of independence, and helping families understand how to safely care for their patient at home.

At Care Centers of Indiana and Miller's Senior Living, Misty implemented assessment tracking systems to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines. Her responsibilities also included coordinating patient care conferences, helping patients successfully return home following rehabilitation, and reviewing care plans for geriatric patients to ensure the plans were complete, individualized, timely and accurate. At Kaduceus Medical Inc., Misty followed patients from assessment and procedure preparation through patient and family education about care and follow-up after discharge to ensure satisfaction with staff and service.

 

Sandra Dietrich, RN - Health Care Manager
Sandra Dietrich is an experienced registered nurse with an extensive background in both clinical and hospice settings. Most recently as a visiting nurse, she managed and directed the care for home-care patients and assisted in the planning and implementation of a telehealth program. Additionally, Sandra has provided direct patient care to Alzheimer's patients and chronically ill elderly patients.

Sandra received her nursing degree from South Bend Memorial School of Nursing. She has received training as both a hospice nurse and a parish nurse.
